Belinda Hoole

Founder and President

Belinda Hoole is the Founder and Chief Experience Architect of SonderWorx, where she designs immersive training environments that help people communicate, connect, and perform under pressure.

Her work sits at the intersection of human behavior, neuroscience, and real-world application. For over two decades, Belinda has worked alongside law enforcement, healthcare teams, educators, and community responders — not from a purely academic lens, but from inside the moments where communication either breaks down or makes all the difference.

She began her career as a role-player, working directly with police officers in live training scenarios. That experience gave her a rare, ground-level view of how people actually behave under stress — what escalates situations, what de-escalates them, and why skills often fail when pressure rises. Over time, she moved from actor to designer, eventually leading and evolving the company into what is now SonderWorx.

Belinda is known for bringing together diverse disciplines — neuroscience, experiential learning, human development, and scenario-based training — into programs that don’t just teach skills, but build the internal conditions required to use those skills when it matters most.

Her signature H.U.M.A.N.S. approach reflects this integration, combining applied neuroscience with immersive, actor-driven practice to create measurable shifts in communication, safety, and team performance. Her programs have been used across the U.S., including with the Department of Justice, hospital systems, law enforcement agencies, and schools, with outcomes such as significant reductions in workplace violence and improved team coordination in high-stakes environments.

Alongside her operational work, Belinda has spent over 20 years teaching personal development through the Avatar® course, leading thousands of participants through deeply experiential learning focused on self-awareness, responsibility, and human connection. She studied consciousness and human development at Maharishi International University and holds a BA in International Business with a minor in Art.

Belinda’s work is grounded in a simple belief:
People don’t rise to the level of their training — they fall to the level of what they can access under pressure.

Her role is to help individuals and teams expand that access.

The profound moment of realizing that every person you encounter is living a life as complex and meaningful as your own.

That realization changes how we show up.
