building cultures of care
How do we achieve this?
SonderWorx offers hard and soft skills training to passionate community responders. Using our signature H.U.M.A.N.S approach, responders learn how to make a positive impact in their communities while building their own emotional intelligence, resilience and well-being.
By applying the latest developments in neurobiology, immersive learning methods and scientifically-backed de-escalation techniques that are proven to resolve volatile situations, protect the responder, and care for the public.
